Refund policy

REFUNDS

All BlackStone items are subject to a 14-day refund window. During this time, you may return your smartwatch or accessory if it is in like-new condition. All returned goods will be inspected before the refund is issued, taking up to 10 days for inspection. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Any item damaged by fault of the user is not eligible for refund. All damages can only be repaired or replaced.

Additional costs for express shipping methods purchased with your smartwatch are non-refundable.

Our 14 day refund window begins from the day you receive delivery.
The refund amount will be credited to you in 5-7 days after receipt of the goods.

DAMAGES

If an item is damaged upon delivery, or is damaged due to malfunction, you must contact us within 14 days with photo proof. Outside of 14 days, BlackStone will not replace the item for damages incurred during transit. Damages that occur at the fault of the user are not covered by BlackStone.

All item malfunctions are covered by BlackStone's standard 1 year manufacturer warranty. All damaged items must be sent to BlackStone for inspection, where BlackStone technicians will determine the cause of the damages and notify you of your options for repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and severity of damages. Items determined to be a malfunction will be repaired or replaced for free during the first year. Items determined to be damaged at the fault of the user will incur a repair or replacement fee, determined by our smartwatch technicians on a case-by-case basis.

DELIVERY MISSING/NOT RECEIVED

Once the item has left our warehouse and is in transit to your address in the courier companies' possession, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure delivery. BlackStone has no control over the shipping companies' conduct. If an order is delivered and is stolen, missing or delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping company for resolution. By ordering from service@blackstonesmartwatch.com, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that you will not hold BlackStone financially liable or responsible should an item not be delivered. 

CANCELLATIONS

You must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Any later than this, and the fulfillment process has already begun after which time we unfortunately can't stop the shipping process. BlackStone cannot guarantee cancelations, as our store is operated by a non-automated team of real people.
